I’m a patient and I’ve worked under psychiatrist so I thought I’d be welcomed in this sub. My stance on INVEGA isn’t foreign. My current psychiatrist will not prescribe it in her office however she seldom will when she works inpatient when other antipsychotics are ineffective or pt is repeatedly committed bc of non compliance.

Btw, rule #1 mentions not asking for personal advice but doesn’t mention patients commenting. As a guest of this subreddit, I think that should be clearly stated to avoid patients commenting period. However I’m sure I’m not the only person here who is involved in the mental health field and has sought out psychiatric treatment.

The way my comment is worded could be seen as breaking rule 2, but what I’ve said are facts. INVEGA has been known to cause the symptoms that I had. This isn’t an opinion and can be easily researched. I’d be more then glad to edit the last part of my comment.
