After the invaluable help of all the kind redditors of this post, I feel confident enough to show you what is -almost- the final version of my loved country of Norkin. Maybe some of you have already seen some wips around here, so I truly wish you enjoy this!
Please feel free to comment on anything: names, geographical accidents, rivers, political distribution, climates & biomes, demography, size... It's now or never!
Don't hesitate and ask anything you wish – for instance, translations if needed (“mar” means “sea”, “páramo” means “moor”, “cordillera” means “mountain range”,... and so on!)
Thank you very much for your help!

Norkin is a country set in a kind of norse early middle age setting. It is ruled by five jarls, who control one city and its surrounding lands (red dotted lines), plus three free cities in the eastern coast who usually also team together.
Here you can find a little insight in its climates and biomes.
And here you have its demography and land size, broken down in jarl-doms:
Total: 30.000 sq miles / 48.280 kms2, 559.453 civilized inhabitants, 572.488 total inhabitants
Stöll: 5.700 sq mi / 9.173 km2, Total: 183.500 inhabitants, City: 16.515 inhabitants
Tÿnis: 5.700 sq mi / 9.173 km2, Total: 122.483 inhabitants, City: 10.903 inhabitants
Sittre: 3.600 sq mi / 5.794 km2, Total: 86.910 inhabitants, City: 9.304 inhabitants
Loika: 3.000 sq mi / 4.828 km2, Total: 72.420 inhabitants, City: 6.517 inhabitants

Wild folk: 8.100 sq mi / 13.035 km2; Total: 13.035 inhabitants
It's the second biggest country in the known world, and the one with least density of population due to its hard climate.
