Holy shit. Is this rly what's going on in the world?

In iran, we have looots of difficulties with the economy. Inflation is kicking our ass and all, but medical care is provided in abundance and its fucking cheap even without insurance. Also we got something like "24 hours open hospital". Appointments are all easy too, it's mostly IVR these days, or u can just talk with secretary (they are always free and caring)

Drugs are expensive though, and that's mostly the imported ones. So if u need some rare medicines, ur probably gonna pay a lot.

Seems much better than what u described all n all. Btw, is that only about US, or generally western countries?
