A few corrections

One, it’s polite to refer to this man as Father Michael Tolotos or Papa Michael Tolotos (Greek).

Two, some sites say the holy mother of God is the only female presence allowed on the holy mountain (Mount Athos in Greece) That’s not true. Other female saints are also present on the peninsula, some monasteries even has them as their protector eg St Anne’a Skete.

Three, in addition to many icons of women, including the more realistic iconography in the Russian icons, some monks have visions of women such as the Virgin Mary or other female saints.

Last, there’s lots of stories about women which are read during the church calendar. Even some explicit examples such as story of St Mary of Egypt. One of the greatest saints in the church. Her story, which is read one Sunday all orthodox churches around this time of the year, includes how she seduced people and lived a sinful life before she went to the desert in Egypt.
