I feel like a lot of the people that fit in your list (e.g. me) lurk here already without posting ever, and just learn a ton by just reading from experienced devs opinions on a subject. That’s the value add of this subreddit that you don’t necessarily get from CSCQ. My first though is that it sure would be nice to increase communication between these 2 groups that peruse this subreddit. Posts like what OP recommends is a great way to do this, without enabling inexperienced devs to speak on subjects they don’t know enough about. While in general it is good that inexperienced devs don’t post on normal posts here with potentially uninformed opinions, I don’t think it’s bad to allow a single post for the already-present lurkers to reach out asking for advice specifically from experienced devs.

Also, to the point another commenter made: I think that since this is for inexperienced devs on an experienced devs subreddit, there should hopefully be more of the later than the former since you all (experienced people) are more active on here.
