[Mod] Simple Questions - the weekly stupid questions thread! - Week Beginning July 15, 2019

Hey lads!

Haven't trained in a year due to illness and am getting back into it. Got my diet/nutrition plan in place, equipped myself with a barbell, 2x dumbbells, a pull-up bar, a bench, and a ton of motivation to get back in shape!

I did a TON of research, put together a workout plan and was hoping some more experienced users would take a quick look and tell me if I fucked up somehow;

  • MONDAY - PUSH (Chest, Shoulders & Triceps)
  • TUESDAY - PULL (Back & Biceps) + LEGS
  • WEDNESDAY - REST
  • THURSDAY - PUSH
  • FRIDAY - PULL + LEGS

PUSH PULL + LEGS
Bench Press 3 x 8-12 Deadlift 3 x 8-12
Pushups 2 x 6-10 Pull-Up 2 x 6-10
1-Arm Chest Press 2 x 8-12 1-Arm Dumbbell Row 2 x 8-12
Shoulder Press 3 x 6-12 Barbell Squat 3 x 6-10
Side Lateral Raise 2 x 8-12 Stiff-Legged Deadlift 2 x 8-12
Lying Triceps Extension 2 x 8-12 Dumbbell Curl 2 x 6 - 10
Close-Grip Bench Press 2 x 8-12 Barbell Curl 2 x 8 - 12
