Does a narrow bench cause my presses to not target my chest?

bench is kinda narrow for me as I'm fairly tall (195cm or 6'5'') and though not very muscular atm, wide-shouldered. When I get into vench press position and tuck my shoulders in, they're still partially off the bench and when I perfom the excercises (with dumbbells or barbell, inclined or flat) I feel ly triceps the most, a bit of shoulders and 0 chest.

For reference, I started the PHUL routine today after a very long layoff due to illness (lost 10kg in the process since I haven't trained or eaten properly in a year). Could this be caused by the bench or am I doing something very wrong? I tuck my shoulders in, arch my back, plant my feet, butt, head & shoulders fimly, and lift from my nipple line to above the chest.. Seems okay but only my triceps are sore, chest feels unused.
