Do you want to moderate /r/fo4? We're hiring!

1) What time zone are you in? Please state in GMT, not PST/CST/MGS/FO4 GMT+1 but I'm active even outside of those hours.

2) You, as a moderator, see a post that you think breaks the rules, but you aren't sure. What do you do?

Check the upvote and downvotes and check for any negative comments, if I still can't make a conclusion I would ask a more senior moderator. 3) How do you feel about moderators “letting the upvotes decide”?

I feel it should play a factor but ultimately if the post is blatantly against the rules, those rules must be enforced. 4) Do you have any experience in dealing with difficult or belligerent people? If yes, what experience? How would you handle someone who aggressively disputes a ban or post removal?

Far too much experience. ;) I used to be the only active moderator on a Garry's Mod server and there were a lot of ban or kick disputes and people just couldn't take no for an answer. Well first I would check the circumstance of the ban or the post that was removed, and if the ban/removal was fair I would state the rule that was broken and explain why that rule was broken. If they are still being difficult, well I'd probably stop talking to them since they clearly know what they have done wrong. 5) Are you familiar with the nature of the Fallout Network? What would you change about it?

I have heard about it but not enough to make any recommendations for change. 6) What changes would you make to the rules of this subreddit, if any? This can include total re-writes of the rules, but also wording changes to avoid misinterpretation.

Honestly from first glance I feel the rules are very fair, maybe some more could be added if specific situations were arising but too many isn't good, we aren't twitch chat mods. 7) Are you a filthy communist?

No! I'm offended you would even ask. 8) Would you rather be dead, or red?

Hmm, dead. :3
