Upvote (from one of the mods here) for being brutally honest, having a thick skin/tolerance despite critical comments on your first posts, and continuing to post and share your collection of acquisitions. You seem to know the laws, seem to be abiding by them, and as ironic as this might sound, some of your biggest critics are actually mainly here to see posts of things like your acuisitions (that, as you say, might not otherwise be known about, studied, and/or analized). Just wanted to give a little encouragement and let you know that at least one of the mods here is on your side so far.

The "grave goods" thing is indeed a big deal and touchy subject, but what is legal must be allowed (just as surely as what is illegal can not be allowed) and it shouldn't be "taboo" to talk about. When I found /r/arrowheads and even later when I got invited to join the mod team here, I was hunting and getting questioned and (maybe a little more than border-line offensive skepticism, like "Yeah, right. You just ALLEGEDLY legally found those legally." It's true though. I never took anyone's word for it or hunted without knocking on the door and verifying that I had the owner's consent for each and every hunt (If they weren't home, we went driving around and looking for a new door to knock on and ask). I was told by many knowledgeable experts that the money would soon seduce me and I
