I take your point, but I'm not convinced of the value of exposing this setting to an individual user.

If the 1Password servers are being probed from particular IP addresses or countries then the 1Password security team should look at how they manage that risk for all users. For example, they can block particular IP address ranges or tighten rate limiting on particular IP address ranges.

Before targetting an individual account, an attacker would need to know the user's email address and secret key. If they had that information then they would likely also know the country where the user is located. So it would be trivial for them to connect through a VPN server in that country.
