PR3-ANCA/atypical pANCA titer?

I know that pANCA ia associated with Ulcerative Colitis and in a minor proportion with Chron's disease. Both are idiopathic inflammatory intestinal diseases, and can also cause a reumathic condition named entherophatic arthritis, that can explain your reumathoid symptoms . The reason why your MD discharged RA is probably because of lack of clinical markers such as Reumathoid Factor wich is highly characteristic of RA. But entheropatic arthritis is one of a few kind of Reumathoid conditions that have no common clinical markers, so Reumathoid factor might be negative. But also I think this conditions are more likely in women. The treatment is treat the underlying cause, in that case the intestinal inflammatory diseases . Don't know if this is the cause, but if your worried tell your doctor about this. If you have any family history of Chron's disease or Ulcerative Colitis it can be important. Any alterations of poop, or intestinal symptoms matters too.

NAD, yet.
