I don't think she's a symbolic representation of anyone or anything. She's a real entity, whether a physical being in astral form or a disembodied spirit. I've had enough experience with dreams to know what we're really doing while asleep is transporting our consciousness to another dimension yet we most often only retain a sublevel awareness and therefore have partial or compartmentalized memories upon waking. It has something to do with our frequency. Many beings, or in some cases, astral personalities (alters) of ourselves, travel fully aware in the astral plane, run experiments and exchange information, manipulate energy, etc. This drawing strikes me as someone connected to your current life position/living situation, acting as a sort of sandman who oversees or manages, or is simply curious about, your dreamscape. It's very rare to identify facial features so it doesn't surprise me that it's masked. I've had a very similar experience with range through a few different, yet similar figures, all of them recurring almost dream for dream and pertaining to current life events/stages. I am currently working on achieving lucidity and asking my dream figure directly what it wants next time.
