The only "easter egg" I know of is that there are twin robots that have hair that resembles Ukraine’s Former Prime Minister.

There is a super-suggestive six-minute cutscene in which the twins do a kind of ritualistic dance before one of them sprouts a metal needle from her head and stabs it into the abdomen of her twin.

Apparently these robots are being sexualized similar to Lady D in Resident Evil. I should mention I've never played resident evil or atomic heart and really don't know anything about the storylines. As far as propaganda goes, I couldn't find anything other than extremely vague talking points from the Ukrainian government. I really couldn't find anything specific.
