1b. You asked me what "daily" mean. Im pretty sure that's means every single day, but apparently it doesnt!
2b. For the second time: I can check older videos, and the decrease in quality is there.
3b. EXACTLY!! Youtube's quality is BETTER, but it looks WORSE now. Youtube offers higher bitrate, but because of some change, it's now worse than twitch! Twitch at around 4:21:15; Youtube (at around 0:50, in case I failed the share function somehow!).
4b. You can google "youtube premium" and you'll see a bunch of people talking about the change after the new CEO joined.
