You can share torrents anyway and you can build a little database if you want but there are much easier ways to share things.... like directly from your computer.

Who are you planing to serve and why? How much speed do you have? are you the soul provider? why would anyone download from you over trackers?

You could use something like Soulseek and it could be all catagorised but you alone are serving the next man from your personal computer...... I have no idea how to create a swarm for free. You have to pay (unless you are just sharing a file with a mate)
