I don't know if this helps much, but I'm a guy in college now and I was just like that. Got bullied a lot when I was 7-11 and cried a lot. Hated school and begged my mom not to go pretty much everyday.

In middle school I found a few friends with similar, weird interests and we got along. The bullying went away and by the time highschool came there were so many people I was bound to find some people I like. Had a good group of friends until the day we all graduated and the Fall semester started.

All I'm saying is being that young sucks and I think she'll find her place eventually. As for the school, that's really unacceptable and you should go to the board of directors about it
