Holy mackerel! That is one corrupted and twisted school district. I’m so repulsed and so heart broken for you and your daughter. The principal is a coward with no heart or respect to face you.
The so-called “kind-hearted emotional support” counselor image portrayed in the media is a lie. It does not surprise me that these moronic counselors do victim blaming. They always do. Next time any of those scumbag verbally abuse you…remember this you are a tax payer technically you paid for their coffee and their library, so if they treat you with disrespect you are allowed and rightfully so to yell in their faces with harshness right back!
Your daughter is has straight A+s?! That’s wonderful, but those nasty staff has the nerve to Say “it would not be good to her mentally or socially” that line made me roll my eyes. It’s like really? Keeping her a grade with these jerk snot students is hurting her socially and mentally. I’m convinced the whole staff is guilty of bullying your daughter. Not directly, but they sure add salt on more salt. The staff are made up of pathetic cowardly morons.
At this point if you have any other family members or super tight knit friends that is willing to come to school and take a stand for your daughter. Maybe group of 5 or more is wonderful. By that I mean you all as a team just March in the teachers office, teachers home room, counselor office or principal office and let them know your daughter matters to you and others even though you know the staff heartless jerks. Let them know at this point you are livid. They better do something now to resolve things. They better expel the bullies.Have your daughter skip a grade up! At this point make a huge scene, the staff deserves no respect from the looks of things.
I don’t know if this allowed by the local or country cyber law wherever you live in, but I bumped into some TikTok and YouTube vids that exposed negligence in schools. Not sure if you want to do an exposé.
I know you cannot afford a lawyer. But maybe you can bluff and tell the staff that you have been researching a low-cost or non-profit lawyer and you got some names and phone numbers of the lawyer. You talked them for a free consultation. This may scare them if they have a soul or humanity.
The other thing is to keep complaining. Send complaints. Spam them with complaints. If the school has one of those review sites then wrote the most negative review. Give them zero stars.
Again don’t know if you want to try these ideas, but you do what is comfortable to you. I’m so reply sorry this is happening. I really praying for you and your wonderful daughter that this gets resolved. I hope that more than half the school staff gets laid off due to their incompetence. You a blessed and one heck of a terrific parent! You got a great spirit and strength!
