My Administration looks forward to negotiating a large scale Trade Deal with the United Kingdom. The potential is unlimited!

As a Russian living in the EU, I'm not even sure how Russia would "help" them.

Not like they can replace the high-income 500 million people market in the EU with our 150 million middle-income market which is pretty much already saturated with European (German, French, Eastern European) goods. Now if the UK wanted to join us along with China and India in some organization like BRICS, that'd be great.

Considering that the UK isn't against the One Belt One Road project, that they'd be focused both on the US and the East now would make sense. It doesn't have to be a zero-sum game where one part of the world has a particular country in its political "orbit" and it wouldn't be allowed to cooperate with anyone else.
