Its complicated: formally it ‚could’ be seen as rape - alas - to define a proper rape its also relevant to analyze the motives of the „offender“. Is he mentally challenged? does he know/understand why/that its not ok? I am not sure. He wasnt waiting for you to pass out so he could have sex with you/take advantage, because he knows/assumes/considers it possible or likely that you would disagree.

If you were awake/able to stay awake you probably would have enjoyed having sex with him. So i think though it is not perfect, i would not classify this as as rape. Additionally you dont know what exactly happened - he could easily say you had sex to creep you out - gaslighting reversed - even though you hadnt. Additionally he did not give you the sleeping pills. I dont mean this to blame you but to see that his evil intent limited - i would sleep in another lockable room and see if he accepts -
