Most of it is hearsay, but I haven't been perfect and my wife hasn't either. We have our bouts. My first born son was born with THC in his system, so CPS has been in our business a lot. I lost a really good job over a drug test and mortgage has been in jeopardy. I liked smoking, but have recently realized that it was destroying everything that I had worked for. Have been clean for three weeks now. My wife gets really violent. petition states that - On Christmas morning she kept me up, turning the bedroom lights on.. I eventually unscrewed the bulbs and then she filled a garbage can with water and dumped it in the bed. I was then forced to lock myself in the bathroom and sleep there for tonight. (all true.. none of this I am denying) Well.. She got enraged and tore the place up threw the hamper through the bedroom window, kicked some shelves off the wall, kicked a hole in the bedroom door.. a lot of damage. Cops were called out, but I did not press charges. Only wanted it documented. We decided back in November to let the kids stay with my mom until February so we could work our asses off to pay bills. She claims in the petition that the kids are malnourished and my sons got rickets.. brought up the rickets with a local pediatrician and he said thats not the case at all. She took my 1 yr old daughter to a doctor recently because she had a fever of 102 on January 5th. In her care mind you. So this occurred a couple months after we released them to her, but hold this against us in the petition.. Doctor found a heart murmur as well and this was also in the petition against us. So her claim is that were unfit mentally, financially, etc. I can't believe she would waste her money on an attorney to take my kids. I don't ever want to speak to her again. I confided in her when I was not in a good place.
