Can inadequate medical treatment that results in erratic behavior be a catalyst for a malpractice lawsuit?

No?

I wouldn’t have been speeding like that in any other even. The only other ticket I’ve ever gotten was for driving 82. On the freeway. The guy was fishing. Every other traffic driver was doing about 75-80. I paid the ticket and went in with my life.

I’m ignorant here. How are these unlinked. I was in pain I was out of it mentally. I sped to the treatment I knew to be at home.

There is no way for me to leverage this into a win? I don’t mind the punishment for it. Actually I do. But I did the crime and will pay the bill. But I need some good results from my doctors because it’s not safe to have me out and then suddenly I’m in a lot of pain from something I cannot control and they won’t treat.
