My skill is inconsistent

I'll try to keep this as short and concluded as possible to prevent eye sore!

\*I honestly was waiting for someone to raise such topic. In general advice (not sure how long you've played) I would say practice your aim, reaction time in game or throughout various trainers like aimbooster or osu!

\*If you're new to "road to advanced skill" then I highly suggest mimicking better player move sets (look up on youtube and find some decent competitive pf matches where the play does quick and effective (though primarily are high jump - SHIFT + SPACE + Z; dash - Sprint + C; sliding - Sprint + C + Right/Left mouse direction) movements), constantly practicing recoil aka hitreg against simple wall till you reach no recoil zone and all bullets head directly into middle or little above. In distant fire assaults use 3 burst shooting with any weapon that has long distance reach, in medium 5-bullet burst into chest or headshots (always and only aim at head or upper body). Learn maps, tactics, spawn points and decide whether you want to rush or play defensively or take a balanced route.

\For equipment wise, tweak settings you honestly feel comfortable with, *nobody will tell you what sensitivity is best for you until you come with conclusion yourself through experimentation. I generally advice acquiring large (XXL if budget ain't big of a deal and table fits perfectly) mouse pad from famous brands like Steelseries, HyperX and sticking to low-very low sensitivity for hitreg control. Also obtain decent (not necessarily high end) mouse (honestly suggest r/MouseReview, those people will help you choose the right mouse for your hand size and other preferences like shooting type - Palm, Claw or Fingertip https://i.imgur.com/m7bpfDv.jpg). If indeed you purchase a large mouse pad then use **arm aiming instead of wrist aiming as it performs more smoother towards lower sensitivity control. Mechanical keyboards also add their own perks like faster move set execution time etc (would check out variety of reviews, there are good budget and little more expensive options).

*Don't rage. Although it's easier to be said than done (even I rage occasionally) this thing is possible without any struggles, it's just only a game so have fun time and enjoy it, nobody will bite your arm or leg if you die in any FPS game. Getting grumpy is a colossal psychological thing that, I found out, actually decreases skill and courage to continue climbing skill ladder.

*Last but not least, take your time. Nobody was born a pro, eSports players invested thousands upon thousands hours into their games to get better, but still even the most popular FPS pros die by simple noobs, because nobody is a god.

I know this is a lot to digest, but with time it'll get way lighter, btw, if you have any questions don't hesitate to pm, I've been playing competitive scene for approx. 6 years for BF and COD franchises (sadly not PF) and will do my best to answer all concerns!
