IMO one of the worst recent Marvel film. I'm Chinese.

Chose the wrong actor and actress (the siblings).. like why can't they cast someone who looks better? I'm more attracted to Tony Leung than them. Their acting skills aren't even good.

Character motivation was illogical. One moment he wants the family to be together, the other moment, he fights his Dad just because 'those are innocent lives' (who he rather believes in, rather than his Dad trying to get his mum back).

All the chinese culture references.. water dragon, stone lion, Qing Ming Jie.. oh god. Crinch. Script was tying too hard.

I've not watched Kim's Convenience, but I already felt like they tried to parody parts of it. Made part of the film seem like a joke.
