Want to make people aware of your social anxiety and depression? Don't do media appearances on Ellen, GQ, Vogue or co-host the Met Gala.

Want to be a pro tennis player? Don't refuse to answer questions for 20 minutes after a match.

Of course none of this will happen and instead the people around her will tell her that not only can she have her cake and eat it but that she's a hero for doing so.
