Generally speaking these types of products are basically just an expensive way to consume a multivitamin, and people would be better off just having a One a Day or something.
That said, in looking at this product it seems that it contains essentially the ingredients you would see from a multivitamin, plus a probiotic (7.8 CFUs of the two most common I see in yogurts), plus what is essentially a "phytochemical supplement."
You can absolutely get all of this from a balanced, varied, healthful diet. However, not a lot of people get all of this regularly, and the price is a lot for a multivitamin only, but if it's going to replace an MVI, a probiotic supplement, and a phytochemical supplement it might actually be a decent financial deal too.
I'd sooner just make a green smoothie with some greek yogurt and save some big bucks, but if you're really into supplementation it seems fine.
