Need help deciding between security engineer position at Microsoft, AWS, OKTA, and Fortinet

I was at whole foods when amazon began actually exerting influence and 2 weeks after I left they dissolved whole foods cyber sec and rolled it up into Amazon.
I left because their culture was toxic. We were being legit screamed at by video conferences. When covid forced everyone to work from home we were told "this is a test for how it might work". Like testing what, working from home without having planned it, while your kids run roughshod through the house? Sure.
Anyway, it's very scripting heavy, and they build a lot of their own tools. They have a heavy push to develop security tools to be in competition with industry standard tools to use internally and/or push for use on their subsidiaries.
I wouldn't work there. I wouldn't apply there. The fact that they permitted the behavior i experienced to persist, especially in the light of professional grievances being filed, says everything to me.
