Encoded in the name are:

Overall attack ranking with this moveset. (S -> f)
Overall defensive ranking with this moveset. (S ->f )
Personal offensive moveset ranking. (1 -> (n))
Personal defensive moveset ranking. (1-> (n))
Fast move type.
Charge move type, and whether or not that charge move is useless (outputs less DPS than the fast move.)
IV Perfect perfection
1 empty flex slot.

The moveset rankings are based on the well - known Professor_Kukui sheet.

I'll break down a couple for you.

cp2332 Dragonite: Sc15DR/NO95

S: "S" tier attack moveset. (>94.99% as powerful as the best offensive pokemon/moveset combo)
c: "c" tier defensive moveset (60%-65% as good as the best defensive pokemon/moveset combo.
1: Rank 1 offensive moveset for dragonite. (This pokemon has the best offensive moveset it can have)
5: Rank 5 defensive moveset for dragonite. (This pokemon has the 5th best defensive moveset it can have)
DR/NO: Dragon Type fast move, Normal type charge move.
95: 95% perfect IVs.

b: "b" tier attack moveset. (75%-79.99% as powerful as the best offensive pokemon/moveset combo)
s: "s" tier defensive moveset (90%-94.99% as good as the best defensive pokemon/moveset combo.
6: Rank 6 offensive moveset for Lapras. (This pokemon has the 6th best offensive moveset it can have)
2: Rank 2 defensive moveset for Lapras. (This pokemon has the 2nd best defensive moveset it can have)
IC/DR: Ice Type fast move, Dragon type charge move.
