Why are you even bringing up Larzuk? You can get a 3os MP, sup or non-sup, with or without Larzuk. It's not a matter of how easy it is to make a sup 3os MP with Larzuk's quest. It's about the desirability of the superior quality in the first place.

If you bothered to actually read my last post, you'd see my main argument for the usage of non-sup MP as a base had nothing to do with the ease of socketing the item. To repeat myself, the defense bonus is insignificant for a superior MP base with the enigma runeword, and the repair cost multiplier it adds is annoyingly large.

That was the entirety of my point. Collectors seeking perfect stats will enjoy perfect defense items, but it won't realistically make an impact in your survivability. And I'll keep calling it nigma all I want. You can nigma balls.
