We are losing out on 5 kegs every month under this new system or 10 kegs for every 2 month season. That's almost 2 weeks of dailies.

Not sure how you arrived at this conclusion?

For 5 kegs: Two rounds of dailies gets you 175 ore, a few GGs here and there bump you up to around 200 ore. Complete a quest or two and you're probably near 300 ore in just a day. At worst it takes you like 3 days to get 5 kegs if you get through the first two tiers of dailies.

For 10 kegs: Going off of what I said above, at worst it takes you 6-7 days to make up for the lost kegs, not 2 weeks.
