Trying to get a full picture. Hopefully future e-mails will clarify what went down. I'm thinking that Bill was doing a ton of shady stuff with Teneo, other for-profit business interests, the foundation, and the Clinton Health Access Initiative. Then Chelsea starts to get involved with the foundation, she was appointed to the board in 2011, and she starts calling him on all of this stuff. Just think, who else would be able to get away with calling out the boss, fmr President Bill Clinton? Chelsea and Bill are getting into it on the daily and Laura Graham is caught in the middle of this. Chelsea is probably on her, Bruce Lindsey, and Doug Band's case because they let Bill and Doug do whatever.
She either finds out about most of this stuff from a "Corporate Review" conducted in 2011, or she ordered the review as a result of what she found on her own. The report isn't dated, but states that the review began on October 27, 2011, and interviews were conducted November 1 through November 27. E-mail #2874 is dated November 13, 2011, right in the middle of the interview dates, and is where Doug Band calls Chelsea a "spoiled brat kid", this would be because she is coming after his grave train re: Teneo and it's connections with the foundation, the Clinton Health Access Initiative, and Bill Clinton.
The e-mail chain from e-mail #3332 is dated December 8 through December 15 of 2011, which is shortly after the interview dates. This is where Doug is talking about Laura Graham contemplating suicide and the office "drama" causing Bruce Lindsey's serious health problem. The drama is the Inquisition being directed by Chelsea against all the shady business Doug, Bill, and probably many others were involved in.
Chelsea pushes for the recommendations from the "Corporate Review" to be implemented, including the audit committee, which she is probably in charge of, and then Chelsea gets Doug to resign as CEO and her pick, Eric Braverman, gets the job on July 2, 2013. Together, they get the independent auditors, BKD, replaced with PWC (these are two big accounting firms). This is clear because BKD issued the audit report for 2012, dated September 10, 2013 and PWC issued the audit report for 2013 dated December 16, 2014. Eventually Eric Braverman gets sick of dealing with the power dynamics inside the foundation which are opposed to implementation of the recommendations from the "Corporate Review", probably because they financially benefit from being loose and fast with the rules. As a result, he resigns early January of 2015 and Maura Pally becomes interim CEO, although I'm not sure what her tenure was, as she isn't currently the interim CEO, in fact there isn't currently a CEO at all.
This can all be brought up to the present day with the announcement on August 24, 2016 that Chelsea would remain on the board of the foundation even if her mother is elected president. This is because she is the only one who can keep Bill and his buddies in check, otherwise the foundation might blow up in Hillary's face.
TL;DR: Maybe Chelsea Clinton is actually the 400lb hacker?
