Look, I'm not arguing with you.

The science is clear. Effective COVID response requires more than masks and shutdowns. The most successful countries included travel restrictions, appropriate levels of contact tracing, communication of hot spots, fecal testing to confirm no cases, working tracing apps, testing ahead of the spread, public education and inclusion in results, increased healthcare volunteer systems, targeted quarantines, and public metrics and response systems.

Suggesting that I am inflexible when saying that these are needed responses is silly unless you are planning on arguing that these response measures are not needed. If that is your position, I'd love to hear why.
