is it not possible that the child actually did enjoy the sex act? its unacceptable to extend a child the agency to enjoy sex. whether it was because of abuse or not. it is possible to abuse someone into (perversely) enjoying something horrible. thats the premise behind (a lot of?) kinks. The rule seems to be if you have a strong reaction to it you can have a kink of it. The line drawn between pleasure/pain, good/bad gets mirrored (asin turned into a mirror) or inverted or moved along the spectrum. a child enjoying sex is not fundamentally more outlandish than you enjoying being spat on.
