Lots of comments on here saying that there was no work done on the Twitch clips that would justify monetization. Firstly the clips are either offered by the streamer themselves or they were asked if the clip can be used. Secondly, why is it forbidden to do this with twitch clips but not with other sorts of videoclips thinking of sports compilations, funny video clips compilations and such. Those are still monetized. and Third Youtube tends to still puts ads in front of de-monetized videos so Youtube still makes money on that content but the uploader doesn't. From my point of view Youtube is at fault here. And the Lulus Clips fall under fair use especially since they had permission to use those clips other than some road rage compilations or whatever.
