I think you're spot on. J loves the dogs, He's the only one who does. I'm thinking outside the box here, but, if you got back to the "getting home from NY video" & Lush being cruel to the dogs bathing them, states everything. A has stated that J is the only one who walks the dogs, only one whole plays, or loves them, her cares. J may feel like he is the responsible party for them, & therefore may project theirs need more than his own. That tells me how kind he us, & tells me everything I need to know about his character! It's a parent trait, especially in an abusive home. (Emotional abuse or otherwise. Doesn't matter!!!) I hope more than anything J gets out of there with HIS dogs, & has N amazing life!!!!
