You realize that "they " do not give a shit about the average person that resides here in the Lake Tahoe Basin. This is directed towards the governing agencies, local city council board and tourism board of California and Nevada. That memo stated above is a welcome invite to come to Tahoe like there's no dire pandemic going on. It's like pack up your suitcases and enjoy Tahoe as a spawning petri dish for Covid-19. They tell us to stay in and only be associated with immediate family members! What a absolute disgrace, contradiction and really an abuse of power. It really shows how the "sacred" dollar prevails over anything else. A lock down or partial one will never work for containing or controlling the coronavirus if the complete disregard of their rules are blatantly disregarded.
