When the governor is a Democrat, everything gets blown out of proportion and magnified.

When the governor is a Republican, 75% of the shit that he pulls is never questioned or criticized. And then the media creates this buffer against the Republican president and his shortcomings, where you don’t really hear the whole story about his failings. Hes given the benefit of the doubt.

The media characterization is always “well this is just Democrats trying to score political points by criticizing the Republican governor”.

But when things are reversed? That part of the story is omitted and the democratic governor is left unprotected.
