In a Facebook post published on the Fourth of July, the Black Lives Matter (BLM) Utah chapter declared the American flag a hate symbol.

“When we Black Americans see this flag we know the person flying it is not safe to be around. When we see this flag we know the person flying it is a racist. When we see this flag we know that the person flying it lives in a different America than we do. When we see this flag, we question your intelligence. We know to avoid you. It is a symbol of hatred,” the statement read.

This is the first article that came up but this stuff was very common, especially around 4th of July. "The American flag is racist" I cannot believe this is the first time you're hearing this.

Democrats acted like flying an American flag or wearing clothing that had an American flag on it was racist.

So its quite hilarious to hear Democrats react this way to someone "disrespecting the flag" and "this should be illegal"

Full disclosure I'm also a Democrat but don't agree with the extremes that exist on both sides.
