The board don't care. Simple as. You go to the matches as a home fan and you're treated like scum. Why do we have unidentified people filming fans at matches down the front, then when people start filming them back you can audibly hear them tell the stewards to "put them back in their box". The heavy handiness with the stewards, the florescent hat brigade coming in during the Stoke game and causing issue when there wasn't any issues in the first place. I don't know how many games you've been to this season but this is the first season in a long time where I've heard people noting "West Ham United, they treat us like shit" from the stands. It may well be the Olympic stadium staff causing these issues but you're just gullible if you think that the board are powerless to easing these stewards and unidentified persons ruining the match experience and attacking the true fans of this club.
