I Don't Fucking Get It! How is It Voluntary?!

If there is nothing wrong with trade and private ownership, then you believe in markets. So..capitalism. Isn't Georgism just a form of capitalism reflecting an emphasis on entrepreneurship (i.e., capitalism) with government ownership of large-scale natural resources such as land and water? As far as mutualism goes, how do you intend on keeping score? How would you keep track of what's mutual? Wouldn't that just be a form of money?

I mean we have plenty of evidence that socialism, capitalism, and anarchy simply don't work in their pure forms (other wise they would exist as large scale successful societies and they don't). So why not something in the middle?

Also, if you don't believe in tragedy of the commons, I am assuming that you believe that we will all come to some kind of voluntary agreement not to pollute/over-fish/hunt/etc. So people are going to cheat less under that scenario than they currently do under all current governmental forms? Do we all get to individually decide to punish whoever we see as cheating? Or are you actually promoting a form of socialist government (albeit on a small scale)?
