And nope. Prepared to take someone out who breaks into my home. It’s a small chance, but it’s worth being prepared for. Especially if you don’t live in a nice area.

And the toddler thing isn’t a big deal if you actually take care of your gun and kids.

Locking doors, having a safe, teaching your kids about firearm safety, not leaving it in places where they could see and get it, etc. There are a lot of ways to prevent it.
