Do people with "Celt" heritage look different from people with "Anglo-Saxon" heritage? Are there any physical characteristics that distinguish them or do they just broadly look the same (North West European)?

Hmm, but if someone and their entire family look very celtic and not at all Anglo Saxon that seems like it clearly suggests they are of celtic stock. Appearance does dictate heritage in the vast majority of cases. I think that the "England" category is very varied and it's too simple to say England=Anglo Saxon. I could very easily see ancient Briton DNA remaining untouched in the Pennines and because their family has not left the area for all this time and all their ancestors come from England the DNA comes out as "England." It would be great if Ancestry somehow tightened the category up in the new update though and made things more clear! Fingers crossed :D
