Perth Trip, as an American

I'm a Texan that had lived in Perth for 6 years. I'm on my phone so I'll be short. Don't eat anything labelled or sold as Texan or southern or American. It's bad to do that anywhere but also American food is usually terrible and copied from some terrible show or website. I know that Aussies want you to feel welcome, they are very nice, but try to offer American stuff.

I love food and I'm not much into beer. On to why I'm posting. These are things to eat/fo. I can expand on it more later when I'm at my laptop if you're interested. Ask any questions about what you don't understand.

Things you must eat Get a sausage roll and iced coffee. Any lunch bar will do really. Try and find a sausage sizzle. Eat a meat pie but never from Jesters If you go to fast food go to red roster or chicken treat. It's kind of like chic-fil-a I'm a city dude so I love noodles if you're interested William Street has shit load of Vietnamese and Korean places. Lots of Asian influence.

A fee weeks back my girlfriend and I went to Walpole to see the valley of the giants. It was a cool day trip. 4 hours there and 4 hours back. Being Texan I don't mind driving either. You know the deal. Hotels are expensive as fuck.

Also Aussies are secret pride full. Be careful with the Texas is great stuff. I only say this cause I thought I was joking but it gets em riled up.

Take it easy dude. Don't hesitate to ask anything. It's a very safe place.
