We have these phishing simulations as well and there are two things you have to consider:

1. These E-Mails are designed by your IT department or another company that was hired for this specifically. It is not the management.
   I know it may feel like it but nobody is mocking you with these e-mails.
2. This is a realistic phishing mail. The design and wording of phishing mails usually is specifically tailored to what is currently happening in the world/your country. They want to trick you into clicking on them so what better to use than the desperation of people?

I am not saying that the corporations are doing it right, they should definitely help the workers. What I am saying is that we should not jump to conclusions and assume that everything is an attack on the workers.
