Did it ever dawn on you that I’m strictly defending others because I understand why they’re doing what they’re doing, not because I’m out doing the same?

Not once did I state that I didn’t believe in the severity of COVID, that I don’t abide by social distancing or lock down orders, or that I’m one of those students out searching for parties or any social gathering no matter how big or small.

I just think it’s extremely wild that you all are bashing these students for just doing what college kids do.

I don’t think there needs to be press across the nation of cases rising in college areas because parties still want to happen.

It’s inevitable! What did everyone think was going to happen?

We don’t need to bash them, no one is going to stop them.

If people want to put themselves or others at risk, you can throw all the slander you want at them, they’re not going to stop.

So instead of bashing me because I have a different opinion than you, bash yourself for jumping to conclusions and coming at me.

Also, stop generalizing these students for being the reason COVID isn’t going away.

There’s plenty of other counties and states that aren’t San Diego that have way higher cases/rates because they’re not on restrictions at all.

SDSU kids searching for parties their first week back or ever are not.

Do a quick google research on universities elsewhere who have full in person classes, campus living, and greek events.

I can assure you, SDSU is not the reason COVID is going away.

Here’s the take away from this entire paragraph, instead of hating on others from behind a screen, mind your own business.
