Post Episode Discussion: S04E21 - "The Return"

I feel like in some way I want Aida to live. I thought the idea of a robot that had been programmed to feel and perceive everything a certain way going so far to become a human despite passing the touring test multiple times, through use of this corrupt book using other-worldly powers was pretty interesting. More intriguing however was that she, at least for a while, seemed to realize what she had done, and was experiencing everything for the first time, and decided to change her ways and not be the killer she was programmed to be. All that until she went all psycho bitch crazy and decided that she deserved fitz's love after literally throwing him in a virtual world where she made him in to someone he hates, and above that forced herself in there just to be his lover even though it wasnt a part of the "1 regret changed" rule.

I just feel like it's too cookie cutter, and predictable. Of course the evil robot-turned human will still be evil. I was hoping for something new for a change. If she just reverts back to being this psycho-killer then what the hell was the point of all the "empathy" stuff at the beginning of this episode, or even the "human transformation" arch at all.
