Agree with your Fitz theory, and Simmons will find a way to fix Fitz's memory using the imprint in the finale, hopefully this also repairs his permanent injuries (old mind into new body).

This also means that Daisy will be able to stop/delay Simmons from destroying the Matter Generator just in the nick of time.

I also think Mack will rescue Hope to the real world and she will end up being inhuman and crucial to saving Fitz (side twist yoyo is her mom? XD ).

Ward has been so integral in every season that I have a hard time believing they won't find a way to save him as a good guy again, especially with such an easy "fix" as the matter creator.

Trip will be the casualty, dying to help "the team" escape through the matter generator, right before the Russian sub guy blows up the Jet. Subman will go the way of the Terminator death soon thereafter, while Aida will obtain her real body, for a few minutes.

Radcliff will be a casualty, dying for good in the matrix as penance for his evil creation Aida.
