'Preacher' is the wildest, weirdest, most F-ed up show on TV right now, and its not even close

I really loved the first season of Happy, haven't seen the second one yet (is it on streaming yet?). My buddy was watching it too but he said nah I'm good after the microwave incident.

Which is understandable, but I actually like it a little more than the Garth Ennis stuff because, I'm not sure why, because while it was fucking batshit, it was also felt a little more...On earth? Other than Nick being made practically immortal through drugs and booze and superpowered hobo-Santa, and the cartoon donkey-pegasus-thing that affects the real world, of course.

What I mean is like the difference between say, Hobbs & Shaw, compared to something like...Infinity War. One is unbelievable but you're still sort of like "Yeah ok, this is Earth but we just have inexplicable superhuman Dwayne Johnson", whereas the other is "This is a totally different universe than ours where magic and superpowers exist". That's kind of how I feel about Happy compared to Preacher, not that there's anything wrong with either one.
