After your Mr Show Hooray for America performance at UCLA Royce Hall in 2002 and my friends and I snuck into your after party. There were tons of celebrities back there. You had already come out and took pictures with us and were totally cool. Being fresh out of high school and bored, we ended up sneaking in using a credit card to unlock a door and when we finally made it down to the party you saw security was coming to kick us out you said “hey there you guys are!” And he left us alone and you let us hang out for awhile. I don’t have anything to add here except that was incredibly awesome of you. We got to meet the kids in the hall, ben stiller, and of course the entire Mr Show cast because of that move. You didn’t have to do it but you did. You’ve always been a hero and I cheer your continued success.
