relapsed.

I think these kinds of behaviors, like shopping addiction shouldn't be focused on like they are their own issues. What helped me more is getting more hobbies and working on my mental health. At the time I didn't have money to go to a therapist so I mainly studied cognitive behavioral therapy techniques online. I also stumbled across a YouTube video of this Yale professor that really helped me - she talks about her course on how to be happy (from a scientifically supported point of view). She teaches this course at Yale but also online at Coursera (you can take it for free).

Hang in there! You will get through this. Bad habits usually take several cycles to knock back.
