Afaik there are at least 4-5 kinds of premonitions: 1) dream-based 2) feeling-based, where people sense when someone close to them is in harm's way or has died 3) thought-based, but I've only come across one instance of this so far, via the user JSMCC12. I don't think they're necessarily rare. 4) visual-based, where they enter into a "trance" state and see "flashes" before their eyes. Nikola Tesla said he had made a study of it in his memoir.

So your daughter was just playing with strings? How did she manage to get a hold of that?

In the last 2 months I have noticed that I would randomly think of something and then moments later it would happen. Until today it was always mundane thoughts like a light bulb blowing or a phone ringing.
